- The Awakening:
- In case you haven't heard of it already, The Awakening is an extremely promising movie featuring Mandi Steele which has been in the works for quite a while now. It's based on Lara - The Awakening by our very own Larafan and it features the delectable Mandi doing loads of feats of strength and apparently there's even a plot too! Make sure you check out the trailer if you haven't already. It's pretty incredible considering the budget constraints - and the finished movie is apparently two hours long and chock full of special effects!
- Now the big news - the premiere has been announced! It will be held at 7pm on Friday, November 4th. The address is: 2653 Highland Dr., Las Vegas, Nevada, 89102, USA. If you can possibly make it, add it to your diary now!
- In addition to the movie, there will be a Q & A with the director and cast (including Mandi), and a documentary movie. Afterwards, Mandi will be signing posters, and will be available for photographs.

- August/September Contest:
- The theme for August/September was "Xtreme Strength women doing everyday tasks." The gang on the Xtreme Strength mailing list voted for their favourite and the results were as follows:

- Compacted by Damian. "I've been playing with this car for about 5 minutes. Now watch me splatter it across the pavement!"
- Crushed Viper by Damian. Transforming this Viper to scrap was very easy and equally fun for her.
- Insignificant by Damian. The weight is insignificant to her and she says that next she plans to squash the weights against her teats until they flow like water beneath her fingers.
- Accident? by Damian. "I decided to go for a walk on the highway to crush some cars. I just love crushing car and trucks with my hands and other parts of my perfect body."
- Collision by Damian. The truck is a write off after colliding with her. She, however, is completely unharmed and sites playfully on the mangled bonnet.
- Car-nage by Damian. "One of the wheels of the airplane simply collapsed when I stepped on it. I crushed the cars using my feet and my ass. I also widened the air vents of one of the cars with my hands and I look forward to snapping the airplane in two by pressing it between my legs."
- Nothing Can Resist by Damian. Any passing traffic is quickly caught and destroyed by this supergirl as she looks for something that will challenge her incomprehensible strength.
- Like Jello by Damian. "Any metal in my hands is as if it was jello."
- Melissa by Damian. "Melissa proudly showing off a car she had crushed so that I could take a picture. Afterwards, she invited me to her house where she destroyed a huge 18 wheeled truck using her bare hands and many other (equally bare) parts of her body. Then, she took me to her room and we had sex for hours."
- Gun Crazy Princess by Damian. "I love squashing weapons inside my vagina - I find it incredibly
arousing. I once squashed the barrel of a tank in there and had a multiple orgasm."

- Girl Power by Damian. Looks can be deceptive - Britney can actually crush any vehicle to scrap in second, even the Hummer you can see in front of her. It feels like aluminium foil to her massively powerful physique.
- Buns of Steel by Damian. "I love crushing cars everywhere I go. I flattening the car you can see here just by sitting on them with my tight butt."
- No Challenge by Damian. "This car's engine feels weaker than play doe to me. It was just as easy yesterday when I ripped apart a bank vault near my house, even though that was 4 metres in diameter and 6 metres thick!"
- Shopping by Damian. "I was just doing my shopping when this jerk almost ran me over. I sure showed him!"
- Rampage by Damian. She supports it with one arm like it weighs nothing.
- Breaking Free by Damian. "Bending this barbell was ridiculously easy for me. Breaking the chains by crushing them inside the palms of their hands will be just as easy for my friends behind me."
- Railing by Damian. "This railing is like a toy to me - I can crush to my will with the slightest movement of my hands."
- Hummer Hater by Damian. "There! Now it won't take up so much space on the road!"
- Revenge by Damian. "The totally crushed car is owned by a guy who tried to molest me. The ones with the flat front are those owned by his friends."
- Easy Car Lift by Marco. A couple of supergirls have no trouble lifting the heavy sedan.
- Easy Car Lift 2 by Marco. Even for one of them it's no real challenge.

- Well, it's official - I screwed up. Back in May I posted what I claimed was "Going Super, Chapter 6" when in fact it was a chapter from a completely different story by the same author - sorry! I've now replaced that file with the correct story and uploaded the next two chapters of Happiest In Shadows' epic tale. So, without further ado, here they are:

- Toy by Damian. "These are the weights that I use as a toy. I can do anything I like to them - anything from perforating them with my nipples to squashing them completely between my legs. To get a proper workout, I prefer to use tanks as their weight is helps me get really pumped up. I like to force one hand into the front of the tank and the other a bit further back so that when I stretch I tear it in half."

- Easy AND Fun by Damian. "To destroy the front of this car was not just very easy but also a lot of fun. I love the feeling of the metal being flattened and crushed in my hands."
- Like Sand by Damian. "Playing with this sand is as easy as it was a few minutes ago to bend the metal railings behind me - although I enjoyed bending the railings a lot more."
- Pyramid by Damian. "These cars are toys in my hands. After crushing them completely I piled them up into a pyramid."
- Changing a Tyre by Damian. "Sorry, I was trying to change the tyre but I think I might have gripped it a bit too hard!"
