Hi everybody. This is the new and improved version of the Xtreme Strength Movie List, originally created by Anterion and updated by cnnjack. I (cnnjack) will be adding new scenes to the list when I find any or when you mail me some infos (*hint* ;) about them that are not listed here. Have fun!

Belphegor - Phantom of the louvre French horror movie Sophie Marceau gets possessed in this movie (if I remember correctly) and gains superstrength; some choking, sorta throwing scenes *** Black Sea 213 Don't really know what this movie is about Some sexy models in black jetsuits arrive at a oil refinery and attack some soldiers. In one scene one of the girls kicks a soldier against a pillar, then grabs his throat with one hand and lifts him off his feet, killing him. However, AFAIK this is the only superstrength scene in the movie and the girls aren't really superstrong characters ... *** Bloodsuckers SciFi Pictures original vampire sci-fi movie One very short one handed lift: Vampire girl lifts another girl by the jacket. It's very short and the only superstrength scene in the movie. Duh. *** Body Jumper Thai Horror Comedy In the opening scene a possessed woman lifts a boy by his throat then throws him away. Shortly after she pulls a rope that a guy is holding, sending him flying 20 ft through the air. Both scenes are very short and are the only in the movie. (IOW it's not really worth watching)   Bordello of Blood Tale from the crypt about evil Lilith and her Bordello Angie Everhart turns a guy's head 180 degrees and rips it off; she breaks a guy's wrist also nearly ripping it off and forces him to stab himself; she overpowers another guy easily; she backhand punches a woman, sending her flying 50 ft. through the air; she lifts the woman off the ground by her jacket   Bram Stoker's Legend of the Mummy Woman becomes possessed and attacks a man, she lifts him with both hands by his throat and chokes him, while two other guys try to hold her back, after a while the possession fades and she lets him go; in another scene a woman from ancient egypt, lying on an altar, grabs a guy by the throat with one hand and breaks his neck *** Caress of the Vampire Seduction Cinema sexploitation flick Haven't seen that one, but there is one short throatlift in it, delivered by a female vamp. Nothing great, though.   *** Choker (2005) Horror B-Movie that was shot in 12 days Two (and a half) scenes: In the first the hero fights a female alien, who punches him around a bit. She seems to be very strong but not necessarily superstrong - maybe "semi-uber" :) The villainess later pushes some guy, throws him up against a fence and starts to choke him. Again more semi-uber than uber-uber. The "half scene" is a girl delivering a nice punch to a guy knocking him down. *** Class of 1999 Robot Teachers teach bad pupils a lesson She (Pam Grier) overpowers some bad pupils in her class (not much superstrength). She breaks a guy's neck and tosses him 20 ft. through the air (very short) Club Vampire Female vampire lifts a guy by his chin, he punches her but she doesn't seem to care *** Condor (1986) In futuristic Los Angeles, a crime-fighting organization known as Condor goes up against the Black Widow... An attractive blonde challenges a guy in armwrestling. She first toys with him a little, then easily beats him. Countess Dracula's Orgy of Blood Vampire B-Movie Short throatlift; she crushes a guy's throat with one hand in another scene   *** Crying Fiddle Thai Horror Movie about a female ghost seeking revenge In one scene the female ghost (who has green skin and red eyes) grabs a priest by his throat, lifts him off of his feet and then carries him to a tree, choking him until he dies. (Really not bad for a low-budget Thai movie) In another scene shortly after she chokes another guy to death (no lift here, though).   Cursed Wes Craven's new werewolf movie starring Christina Ricci A blonde girl that was bitten by a werewolf kicks some guys around while in human form. *** Dark Angels 1 & 2 Vampire p*rn movies Despite being p*rn movies these flicks are even somewhat entertaining as vampire movies. There's not much superstrength here though: In the first part a chick punches through the dividing glass in a cab, grabbing the driver by the throat and threatening him. In the second part a vampire woman fights the good cop; he hits her but without much effect, she kicks him, then chokes him unconscious with a sleeper hold. *** Darklight SciFi movie about a woman that transforms into an ancient demon and fights evil She fights guy in trainig, breaks a steel chain, takes out two guards in no time, opens a steel vault door. *** Dark Kingdom: The Dragon King Starring Kristanna Loken. Fantasy movie about the German legend of Siegfried the Dragon Slayer. (Nibelungen-Sage) In the only noteworthy scene, Kristanna overpowers her husband, grabbing him by the wrists and showing him that she's stronger than him. She then ties him up. She has a few fights, but either loses or is tricked somehow. *** Daughter of Darkness Mia Sara visiting Romania to find her ancestors A female vamp attacks Mia, but she grabs her by the throat with both hands, lifts her up and throws her against a wall. Dead Weekend Sci-Fi Movie Blonde alien woman lifts a cop by his throat Deadly Friend Guy brings a friend back to life as superstrong robot Kristy Swanson as robot-girl lifts her father by the throat with both hands and breaks his neck; she lifts a guy over her head and throws him onto a police car Deadly Love A female vampire and a human cop fall in love Susan Dey as female vampire throatlifts a guy in one scene *** Death Spa aka Witch Bitch A female ghost seeks revenge in this fitness spa The ghost throws a guy up into the air against the ceiling, then against a wall, killing him. She shoves another guy against a locker, pushes a big dude, sending him flying through a window. She also squeezes a guys face with one hand (but not really shown). The scenes are somewhat lame, unfortunately. Deathlands Red haired mutant babe throws a guy across the room, then breaks his arm with a punch, his leg with a kick and then delivers another deadly punch, breaking his neck Dracula's Widow Throatlift + neckbreak by Sylvia Kristel as female vampire *** Drawing Blood Troma movie about a female vamp One fighting scene in which the female vamp overpowers two guys. Too much talk and nothing special anyway.   *** Dungeons & Dragons 2 An original SciFi movie A female Babarian fights two guys in a tavern and lifts some tree trunks. *** Eko Eko Azarak 2 Second part of this Japanese Fantasy Horror series about Misa the wizard In the opening scene the evil female wizard is surrounded by a bunch of warriors attacking her. She punches the first one aside, sending him flying several feet through the air against a tree. The second one she grabs by his head with one hand and starts to squeeze until he dies. In another fight scene a guy attacks a girl that is possessed by the wizard from above with his sword. She easily avoids his attacks, throws him to the ground, then grabs him by his throat and sorta lifts him. When he attacks again she catches his sword with her bare hand, chokes him some more and knocks him down. I like both scenes -:) Electra (1995) Fight about a super serum Shannon Tweed fighting a man and lifting him by his throat eventually; some neckbreaking scenes (not superstrength) Elvira Mistress of the Dark One scene (Breaking a chain)   *** Embrace the Darkness II Playboy movie with vampires In this movie a blonde vampiress knocks out some guy; she throws another one across the street; another vampiress kicks a man that is trying to kill her 15 ft. through the air. *** Embrace the Darkness III Another Playboy movie with vampires A vampiress throws several vampires around in a final fight scene. She also throws a victim around earlier and kicks some guy 20 ft. through the air.   Eve of destruction Mad female android on a killing spree Eve 8, a female killer android (Renee Soutendijk), lifts a bank-robber by the jacket + throws him across the room; some more throws; she breaks a guy's arm in a motel room   *** The Exorcism of Gail Bowers Yet another modern Exorcist remake When Gail is possessed she shows "abnormal strength" in a few scenes. One choke lift near the end and otherwise she overpowers her father and some other guy in one or two scenes. (Throwing him onto the bed, then starting to choke him and the like). She speaks with her "possessed" voice in these scene. Galaxis An alien warrior woman tries to save the earth Brigitte Nielsen carrying around her b**bs and throwing some guys around in the process; Ripping of some steel bars   The Granny (1995) The granny returns from the dead in this crappy horror movie The granny kills some people and has a "wrestling match" against her nephew in which she lifts him over her head. The scene is somewhat funny, but otherwise the movie is just crap.   The Greatest American Heroine (1986) Unaired TV movie pilot (comedy), in which a woman gets a magic suit that gives her superpowers She beats a guy armwrestling, ties another up with a steelbar, throws a couple more, then does a double lift.   Hellraiser IV Fourth installment of this classic horror series Possessed woman lifts guy by his throat after torturing him with her demon claw; she rips out his heart after putting him back on the floor (she's not really being a nice woman, you know) *** Hocus Pocus Disney movie about some evil Witches Bette Midler lifts a boy by his jacket with both hands near the end of the movie. Nothing great, though.   *** House of Fury Asian Martial Arts action comedy A female villain shows glimpses of superstrength. In a fight against the good girl she grabs her with one hand, lifts her over her head and throws her down a bridge. But that was pretty much it. Innocent Blood Comical vampire film with Anne Parillaud No muscle but some super strength, breaking doors, handcuffs, fighting, quite sexy.   *** Interceptor Force II A shapeshifting Alien comes to Earth to take revenge The shapeshifting Alien stays in female form most of the time, but changes into males or into its original alien form in some fighting scenes, unfortunately. There are two fights against Olivier Gruner, who she throws around pretty easily, lifting him up in one scene. She also holds him over some pool of acid by his leg. The lift and the latter scene are not really well shown. Definitely worth a look, I'd say. Interzone (1987) Humans fight mutants in a post-holocaust world. Teagan Clive lifting a man under his arms   *** Kiss my Blood (1998) German vampire movie, made for TV (I think) A 700 years old vampiress absorbs some bullets protecting her girlfriend, then throatlifts the attacker. Later she fights the villain and throws him around a bit, but he fights back.   Lady Terminator (1988) Hong Kong version of The Terminator Not much superstrength here. She breaks a guy's neck, is more or less invulnerable to bullets; later on she lifts a guy overhead, but she gets completely burned before, so she doesn't really look that attractive, you know ;)   *** Laila - Unsterblich verliebt German vampire movie made for TV In a bar, the vampiress grabs a guy his jacket with both hands and lifts him off the floor.   *** Legion of the Dead (2005) An Evil Priestess from Ancient Egypt arises and does bad things. Only glimpses of superstrength: The priestess chokes a cop draining his soul, shoves people around a bit, lifts a guy very shortly, starts to choke a woman singlehandedly (but is killed by her). *** The Living Dead at Tokyo Bay (1992) aka: Battle Girl A Japanese Heroine in a cute leather costume walks around Tokyo killing zombies with her Uzi In one scene she overpowers a guard, throwing him to the ground. She then lifts him by his throat upside down, interrogating him. After he can't answer her questions she chokes him to death. This is about the only superstrength scene in this really weird movie. *** Master Demon (1991) Horror B movie with Kay Baxter Kay Baxter (bodybuilder of the 80s) plays Medusa, a female demon, in this really bad horror movie. But it's so bad, that I liked it. She chokes a guy in a sleeper hold and breaks his neck; she lifts a guy by his jacket, then grabs his throat with one hand and holds him in the air choking him to death; she fights some big dude and overpowers him; she overpowers the good guy, again applying a sleeper hold and backhand punching him; at the end she fights the good guy again, absorbs his punches without harm and throws him around. Then she punches against a building causing it to fall apart (this one is hilarious). cnnjack says "Check it out" ;) Men in Black II They're back in black to stop evil Selene Selene (Lara Flynn Boyle) holds a guy in the air by his chin and lifts him even higher; she also kicks Zed around later on My stepmother is an Alien An alien woman (Kim Basinger) marries a human scientist Some short scenes (Flattens batteries between her fingers)   *** Nemesis SciFi flick with Olivier Gruner Only one noteworthy scene in which the evil female Cyborg grabs some dude by his throat, choking him a little. She then pushes him to the wall. Not really that much superstrength. (No lift)   Night Angel Evil demon Lilith rips out hearts A guy tries to attack Lilith with a knife from behind, but she turns around, grabs his wrist and forces him to drop his knife by squeezing his arm. Night Hunter Don Wilson out for revenge against some evil vampires that killed his parents Female vamp (Maria Ford) lifts Don "The Dragon" Wilson by his throat easily during a fight Ninja 3 - The Domination In a basement the female ninja attacks a guy, she squeezes a billard ball to dust with a single hand; she grabs the guy by his shirt and lifts him, then throws him out of a window; some more strength scenes Not Like Us Alien female lifts two guys by their hair; she knocks out another two using only her fingers; she tosses a cop 30 ft. through the air Out for Blood Cop chases some vampires and becomes one of them There's one evil vampiress who has vampire-strength, but doesn't do much with it. One nice punch and some fist-grabbing. *** Predator Island (2004) An alien disturbs three couples on a weekend trip Later in the movie the alien takes possession of a girl's body. She fights a guy and is somewhat unafflicted by his punches, kicks and punches him a little, squeezes his wrist when he tries to attack her with a knife forcing him to drop it, grabs his throat singlehandedly and chokes him. Earlier she sort of throatlifted (not sure if this one counts as a lift ;) his wife. She gets killed afterwards, though. Preppies (1982) Three sexy young women are hired to ensure that three college students don't pass their final exams ... One arm lift by the collar. Not worth it.   Programmed to kill Sandahl Bergman becomes a superstrong cyborg We're treated to a throat lift, a shot of her snapping a pool cue with her thumb (hubba!) and one of her snapping a telephone in half. And she's wearing a tight leather miniskirt while she does all this   Razor Blade Smile Female vampire shows us a 180 degree head turning neckbreak; test of strength like wrist grabbing (she stabs him with his own stake)   Red Blooded American Girl Heather Thomas is infected with a vampire serum and gains enhanced strength. We see a shot of her lifting a huge stack of weights, amazing a group of male bodybuilders who watch.   Ring of Fire 2 Leilani Dalumpines lifts a guy by the throat in an otherwise somewhat silly scene   Robo-C.h.i.c A female android battles crime She uses her android strength a few times.   Roboforce An evil Robotgirl starts to fight the bad guys Some fighting and feats (Bending a metal gate).   *** Robofox XXX movie. Angela Baron is brought back to life as robot. She squeezes a billard ball to dust, she lifts two guys by the throat and carries one of them on her shoulders. There's a third throatlift (the first in the movie), but you can't really tell what's going on in that scene. *** Saint Sinners Horror movie based on a story by Clive Barker A demon chick grabs a female cop by her throat with both hands and lifts her up. I don't remember any other superstrength scenes. I found it pretty lame.   *** Scooby Doo (part ?) Comedy A girl lifts a guy over her head and throws him 15 ft. through the air. In another scene a blonde woman grabs Scooby and some other guy by their throats, sorta lifts them and then exhales some green air at them ... I'm not sure in which part these scenes take place.   Scorpion Warrior (part 2) A Thai version of Black Scorpion In one scene a girl breaks free of some ropes that are bound around her wrists, then she grabs the guy next to her by his throat, lifts him up and kills him; she proceeds with killing three more guys with her bare hands (little gory). Scorpion Warrior herself has quite some fighting scenes, but more martial arts than superstrength. (Update: I'm pretty sure now, this is from part two, although I have not yet seen it) *** Screamers (1995) SciFi Horror starring Peter Weller Pretty entertaining B-movie. Only one superstrength scene at the end. A female android throws Peter Weller 100 ft. through the air and then battles another female android. Too bad there wasn't more. *** Sky High (2003) Asian Fantasy movie (not the US comedy from 2005) A female villain punches a guy rushing at her, sending him flying 30 ft. In a sword fight with some female guardian she stabs the other girl and then lifts her up by the sword, holding her aloft with one arm. Sleeping Dogs SciFi Movie Lovely Kiara Hunter throatlifts some dude + breaks his neck; test of strength like hand bending with some other guy Sleepwalkers Alice Krige throws a woman through a window; she breaks a cop's arm (gory), twisting it; she ko'es two cops by knocking their heads together Species II To stop an alien, it takes an alien The alien, in human female form, rips a steel door from its hings.   *** Species III Another sequel, this time without N. Henstridge One or two superstrength throws, plus a short one-handed throat choke (no lift).   Spy Kids Robot-girl lifts boy one-handed; she punches through a stone pillar Star Trek the Motion Picture SciFi Movie There is a scene where the android probe which has been modeled on Ilia, the sexy female navigator, rips through a solid steel door with her bare hands.   Steel and Lace (1991) A rape victim returns from the dead to seek vengeance on her rapists in this gory horror film. She lifts a guy by his armpits, plus a couple of other strength feats.   Super Lady Cop A superstrong female cop battles crime in this Hong Kong movie She throws some guys around, bends a steel bar around one guy's wrists, pushes a car with her hands. Supergirl Supergirl lifts a guy by his chin; she pulverizes a stone singlehandedly; rips off a lamppost Superman II Superman has to fight three kryptonian villans. Ursa breaks a guy's arm at armwrestling; she grabs a cop by his chin and throws him vertically in the air and out of a building and she throws another cop in the same scene; she squeezes Lex Luthor's hand; destroys a helicopter with her super breath *** Survive Style 5+ Weird Japanese action comedy a la Snatch A pretty girl haunts some guy and beats him up in one scene. First she kicks him in the face sending him flying through the air. Then we see her holding him in the air by his pants with one hand; she then throws him into the wall twice. I really like this scene - strong girl, she's cute, too -:). In the movie the scene is spread over about 20-30 minutes, being interrupted by other scenes. *** Tamara Sexy Horror movie about a girl rising from the dead to get revenge Only one short scene: A girl attacks Tamara with an axe from behind and cuts into her shoulder blade. But Tamara calmly removes the axe, the wound immediatly heals, and then backhand punches the other girl sending her flying. Terminator 3 Arnold fights the Terminatrix Kristanna Loken punches through a car's window, rips off its door, grabs Clare Danes and throws her out of the car, 20 ft. through the air; she later fights against Big Arnold and in one scene grabs him between his legs and at his shoulder, lifts him off the floor and carries him through the bathroom, ramming his head through the walls Troll 2 Female troll leader backhand punches a guy across the room; she lifts a boy by his throat   Underworld An age long war between vampires and werewolfs comes to its final battle Kate Beckinsale as Selene lifts Scott Speedman by his throat in a short scene *** Underworld: Evolution The age long war comes to its final battle after the first final battle Kate Beckinsale is still very sexy in her leather outfit. She has some more strength scenes in this sequel: She wipes out four cops in about 40 seconds in a cool fighting scene; she rips a pipe out of a stone table; she easily lifts a guy by his arm saving him from falling down a bridge; she fights against the superpowered vampire villain. cnnjack says "Check it out". Up Up and Away! Superhero movie from the Disney Channel It features Warrior Woman, who in the preview, lifts a car with one hand.   Vampire Call Girls Sexploitation movie with some occasional fangs This is not really a vampire, but a softporn movie. There's one ultrashort sorta throatlifting scene at the very end of the movie (< 10 secs.); not really worth mentioning ... Vampire Sisters Two throatlifts, the first combined with a neckbreak, the second with some punches into his balls, done by the same blonde vampiress Vampirella Vampirella comes to earth to save it from some evil vampire villain bad guy Talisa Soto as Vampirella has some fights where she kicks ass; a short double throatlift near the end of the movie *** Vampires vs. Zombies Horror B-Movie. There are two sorta fighting scenes with the female vamps displaying some strength. Nothing special though.   Vampiyaz B-Movie "Blade" in the Brotherhood Some short killing scenes near the end, not really worth mentioning; a short sorta throat grabbing/lifting scene near the beginning Vamps - Deadly Dreamgirls Vampire B-Movie about a (vampire) strip club female vamp doing two nice throatlifts *** Van Helsing Fantasy movie with H. Jackman and K. Beckinsale The redhaired evil vampire chick backhand punches Kate B., sending her flying. Later she beats her up again, throwing her through the air, backhand punching her some more, and finally she throatlifts her. During that she transforms into her monster shape, though. The evil vampire ladies are sexy ;) A View to a Kill James Bond saves the world (what else? ;) Grace Jones lifts a guy over her head in this Bond movie Witchboard 2 One-handed chinlift by possessed babe + throwing a guy across the room; she's invulnerable to his punches, punches him + throws him across the room some more

She's out for revenge now and kills two older guys by breaking their necks (off-screen). She also easily overpowers the second guy by grabbing his arms and forcing him to the floor. Towards the end she throws the main characters around a little. *** 4x14 She's got the Devil in her Heart The succubus from ep 2x02 returns. However, there are only semi-superstrength scenes in this episode. She uses her superspeed, grabs a guy by his throat, punches another one, but mostly the scenes are over before she really has done anything.
