Ask Caroline. A section of the site where you can email questions to Caroline Everson (a.k.a. Superwoman). Ask her anything you like and the most interesting ones will be posted on her page. You could send her suggestions for strength feats she might try and if she likes them she might try them and write back telling you how they went.
