Another hefty update! Thanks for sending in your contributions - but more are always welcome so please send them to me at psmith_101@yahoo.com. You might be interested to know that Fast Twiching Video are working on a new video called FTV: Indestructable which will, amongst other things, contain superhuman feats of strength. The video stars a powerlifter called Daniela Sell whose website is here. James, the main man at FTV, has a special FX background so I can't wait to see what he comes up with.
