• October/November Contest:
  • The theme for October/November was "Xtreme Girls in the movies, e.g. Spider-Man, Star Wars, etc." The gang on the Xtreme Strength mailing list voted for their favourite and the results were as follows:
    • 1st : 22 votes, 39.29% : Spiderman 3 - The New Mary Jane by Sean Porter
    • 2nd= : 10 votes, 17.86% : URSA Goddess of Earth by Super Mexican
    • 2nd= : 10 votes, 17.86% : Hulk 2: Hulk meets a Super Amazon by Jeremy Wilson
    • 4th : 8 votes, 14.29% : Supergirl The Movie, An Extended Scene by freighty1
    • 5th : 6 votes, 10.71% : The Sith Goddess by Avalian

  • A Hero Returns Diana Prince (AKA Wonder Woman) goes to meet Professor Burrows.

  • Car Snapped In Two by Marco. "It's fun to break cars in half like twigs!"
  • Easy Right Handed Lift by Marco. She smoothly presses his body up and down.
  • Feather Lifting by Marco. "There you go, my little feather!"
  • Hulk Hogan Lift by Marco. "Today you're going to be my sex slave!"
  • Jennifer's Lefted Handed Lift by Marco. "This is just too easy - maybe I should try lifting two guys next time!"
  • Kylie vs Bodybuilder by Marco. "Hey big man, you need to train harder! I'm much stronger than you, wouldn't you agree?"
  • Monique's Super Workout by Marco. "I'm the strongest woman in the world!"
  • Sunshade by Marco. A supergirl uses a guy as a sunshade.
  • Veronica's Super Workout by Marco. "For men this is much too heavy, but for me it's lighter than a newspaper!"
  • Wrestling Babe by Marco. A very one-sided match.

• Contests:
  • The October/November contest (which had a theme of "Xtreme Girls in the movies, e.g. Spider-Man, Star Wars, etc.") is now finished and the voting is underway. I'll post the results and entries here next update. In the mean time, the group have also decided that the topic for the December/January contest should be "Superwomen at work." Join the Xtreme Strength Group to upload your entry or to see other people's creations before they appear here.

  • Rocked by Damian. She easily levers the house-sized boulder from the ground.
  • Twisted by Damian. In her passion she forgets about the dumbbell she is holding.
  • Cory by Damian. Lifting the huge dumbbell isn't difficult enough for Cory, even with one arm - so she decides to bend it between her fingers instead.
  • Laurie by Damian. She curls the 50 tonne barbell smoothly with perfect form.
  • Sharon by Damian. She casually reduces the weight to a metallic paste on the floor.
  • Poised by Damian. The dumbbell collapses under its own weight, yet she can hardly feel it.
  • Crash Test by Damian. The bike comes off considerably worse from the impact than she does.
  • Sculpted by Damian. "Do you think I could be a sculptor?"
  • Pole Dancer by Damian. Looks like she might need a new pole. Care to oblige?
  • Super Bad Girl by Damian. The cops foolishly tried to arrest her.
  • Rim Crush by Damian. Another car wheel business is bankrupted.
  • Nice Buns by Damian. Woman of steel, truck of kleenex.
  • Got Wood? by Marco. She doesn't even need a chainsaw.
  • Sexy Bodypress by Marco. "Are you afraid of the water? It's ok, I'll help you!"
  • Zemanova's Workout by Marco. She easily curls the half tonne dumbbell.
  • Zemanova's Workout 2 by Marco. She twirls the 1000 lb weights like batons.
  • Workout For Ladies Only by Marco. A little too much weight for guy to handle.
  • Crissy by Marco. Just a gentle warm up to start with.
  • Michelle by Marco. "101..102..103..104..I need more weight!"
