18 April 2004

Another decent update - thanks again to everyone who sent stuff in! Please help to make the next update even better by sending me your stories, pictures, comics, links or ideas at psmith_101@yahoo.com.

• February/March Contest The theme for February/March was "Girlfriends of superheroes gaining their boyfriend's strength, size and/or power." At the beginning of the month, the gang on the Xtreme Strength mailing list voted for their favourite and the results were as follows:

  • 1st : 16 votes, 39.02% : Death Of Lois Lane-Kent by Larked
  • 2nd : 14 votes, 34.15% : Pajama Party by Vagabond Eye. (This story is stored in PDF format, you'll need to use Acrobat Reader or some other PDF viewer to read it.)
  • 3rd : 11 votes, 26.83% : Beyond Ultimate by wjrolandca

  The April/May contest (which has a theme of "Weak and puny women being endowed with superhuman power") is already underway. If you want to view the entries before they appear here, vote or contribute you should join the Xtreme Strength mailing list.

• Other Authors' Bookshelf - Graduation Day, Part 5 by Pat Mallon. Tina and Alexia have fun at a liquor store.

• Gallery - One Arm Dumbbell Press by Marco. "1000, 1001, 1002, 1003 - I'm still not tired but then 200 kg is just my warm-up weight - normally I lift at least 400 kg!"
• Gallery - Christina Aguilera Bicep Workout by Marco. "Lets do some Aguilera-style bicep curls - just 1000 lbs to begin with..."

• Gallery - Powerlifting Teenager by Marco. Barely 18 years old, this teenager has just broken the world record for the bench press. She lifted an amazing 2000 lbs easily!

Nelson has just got in touch with me to say that he's had a few problems with Yahoo so he's had to get a new email address and set up a new Muscle Gals group to replace the old one which he can no longer moderate. Please resubscribe to the new group if you were a member of the old one!
